Symposium headquarters: The Four Seasons Hotel

The Berry Health Benefits Symposium has negotiated a discounted room rate of $195.00 at the world class Four Seasons Hotel, Westlake Village. In order for the conference to meet the room block, it is important that all symposium attendees register directly with the hotel and not through an online travel site.

When making reservations indicate that you are with The Berry Health Benefits Symposium 2011. Direct reservations must be made prior to Friday, May 27, 2011, to receive the discount rate. The hotel will continue to honor the rate after this date on a space available basis.
There are a number of other hotels in the area. The Symposium does not have any special group rates with these hotels.

Airports
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Bob Hope (Burbank) Airport (BUR) are the closest commercial airports to Westlake Village. Both are served by major domestic and international carriers, and by all major rental car companies. Travel time to the Hotel is approximately 40 minutes from either airport.
Car Rentals, Taxies & Shuttle Service Providers
The Four Seasons Hotel has directions and maps for ground transportation from the nearby airports.
Shuttle van service and taxi cabs are located on the pedestrian islands immediately in front of the Bob Hope Airport passenger terminal. Rental car counters are located in Terminal B. Shuttle reservations are also available from any southern California airport.

The Four Seasons provides many complimentary services and amenities, such as: coffee, tea, and muffins served in the lobby from 5-8 am; juices in the lobby every afternoon; a fitness center with a sauna and a whirlpool; a wide range of fitness classes, including yoga and Pilates; a mile-long garden path; and an outdoor swimming pool.
The hotel's web site offers a number of choices for those staying in the area, from Universal Studios in Hollywood to the Getty Museum. There are golf clubs in the area, the Chumash Indian Museum, the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum, and over stores, including those on Rodeo Drive.
