Registration includes: Breakfast, lunch and breaks both days. Keynote Dinner on Monday: Entrance to all symposium presentations. A copy of the symposium booklet with speaker abstacts and bios, poster abstracts, and list of all participants.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellation requests should be made in writing (via email or regular mail) on or before May 29, 2009. Cancellation requests made by that date are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee (minus a $50 administrative fee). Requests for refunds after the cancellation cut-off date will not be granted, however substitutions will be allowed.
